Application Support Engineer

We expect the successful candidate to be responsible for all customer requirements independently and to cooperate with all other teams. Based on the marketing plan, the candidate will make periodic plans, discuss and agree on these with management, and report back using agreed KPI’s.

    Job Description

  • Develop new functionality in add-ons on own products
  • Customise reports and other functions for customers

  Experience required

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Java, C++, SQL Server, and database programming

Application Support Engineer

We expect the successful candidate to be responsible for giving training independently, and to cooperate with all other teams. Based on the training plan, the candidate will make periodic plans, discuss and agree on these with management, and report back using agreed KPI’s.

Job Description 

  • Further develop existing training material for the solutions we provide
  • Schedule the courses independently
  • Support marketing and sales of training, material, tutorials, etc
  • Organize and conduct on-site and classroom training
  • Build the FAQ on our websites
  • Take an innovative approach to training by making syllabi, readers, YouTube video’s, etc

IT Pre-Sale Software Consultant 

We expect the successful candidate to drive sales independently, from supporting marketing efforts, generating leads, contacting potential customers, giving basic product demonstrations (if needed with help from product experts), and closing deals. 

Job Description 

  • Support sales and marketing efforts
  • Generate leads and assist in closing deals
  • Support sales presentations and demo’s, support trial projects
  • Handle business sales enquiry inbound calls
  • Follow up on customer email sales enquiries
  • Cross-sell and upsell of business solutions
  • Regular report to management regarding sales and results
